Cadogan Park Advisors Inc. (“Cadogan”) is a registered Portfolio Manager with the Securities Commissions in the Provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario and New Brunswick. The Firm was incorporated in British Columbia in 2015.
Firethorn Partners, LLC (“Firethorn”) is a division of Cadogan. Firethorn was registered as a Delaware limited liability company in 2017.
Firethorn Opportunity Fund I LP is a limited partnership organized in March 2021 under the laws of the State of Delaware for the purpose of investing and trading in a wide variety of securities and financial instruments. Firethorn Opportunity Fund I GP, LP is a Texas limited partnership serving as the General Partner.
Both investment advisors, Cadogan and Firethorn (the “Registrants”), are registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and share personnel and office at their principal place of business, located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Registration as an investment adviser, or any reference to the Firm being “registered”, does not imply a certain level of skill or training.
Cadogan and Firethorn were organized to provide bespoke wealth management services for its client families while addressing the complexities of tax, investment, cross-border and planning issues that affect many clients’ family wealth. With respect to investment management, Cadogan manages and advises clients with assets domiciled in Canada while Firethorn manages and advises clients with assets domiciled in the U.S.
The Registrants’ activities with respect to non-U.S. clients may differ from those described generally herein and the Registrants may provide additional or different services to non-U.S. clients. Clients may engage either or both entities in the management of their investment portfolio.
